Creative expression also helps individuals' find personal meaning and empowerment to maintain new levels of confidence that fosters creative and critical thinking to bridge emotional and behavioral discrepancies within ones life. Creative expression therapy helps you to recognize and conquer counterproductive behaviors and assists with guiding you towards spiritual and personal growth to handle life's challenges and individual awareness through creative expression in a safe trauma-informed care environment.

Trauma-informed care, as defined by the National Center on Trauma-Informed Care, is an approach to engaging people with histories of trauma that recognizes the presence of trauma symptoms and acknowledges the role that trauma has played in their lives.
